Fills the 4 settings.unknownBaseModelRouting.* placeholders plus the leftover doctor.issues.sidecar_mirror_orphans.title placeholder per the feature owner's request, following docs/i18n-translation-guidelines.md: option labels reuse each locale's checkpoints.modelTypes renderings, base model follows the §5 matrix, and punctuation/register match each file's conventions. Adds the feature's Status note and a §2 term-map subsection for 'routing'.
