Introduces a dynamic LayerForge downloads badge (LAYERFORGE.md), new GitHub Actions for badge generation and improved release versioning, and example workflow files. Dariusz L	5e7b6778c0	Add GitHub Actions workflow for automated releases ... Introduces a release workflow that triggers on pushes to main.
