Fill the [TODO: Translate] placeholders for the 7 settings open*/path keys, the confirm-dialog destination line and the 13-key migration summary block in all 9 locales, per the sidecar storage terminology in docs/i18n-translation-guidelines.md (new term rows added there for storage location / Open Folder / installation folder).
