docs: update extension image URL

Moved wiki-images to the wiki repo (willmiao/ComfyUI-Lora-Manager.wiki). Updated README.md image reference to use wiki raw URL. Removed docs/LM-Extension-Wiki.md (superseded by wiki pages).
