优化下载性能:移除 SHA256 计算并使用 16MB chunks

- 移除下载后的 SHA256 计算,直接使用 API 返回的 hash 值
- 将 chunk size 从 4MB 调整为 16MB,减少 75% 的 I/O 操作
- 这有助于缓解 ComfyUI 执行期间的卡顿问题
